Online Purchases

The agreement between the customer and Mustard Clothing Co. Pvt. Ltd. (mustardfashion.com) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All prices, unless indicated otherwise, are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Mustard Clothing Co. Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any credit card fraud.

  • Orders cancelled due to website errors or any other reason will be communicated to the customer within 24 hours.

  • In the event of non-delivery due to an error made by the customer, such as an incorrect name or address, any additional cost towards re-delivery may be charged to the customer.

  • Mustard reserves the right to introduce charges for certain services or facilities where applicable.

  • Mustard reserves the right to verify and authenticate the information and details provided by the customer at any time. If the information provided is found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading, Mustard reserves the right to reject or cancel the order and restrict further interactions.

  • The colour or appearance of a garment displayed on the website may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

  • Products submitted for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in accordance with our return policy and, where applicable, in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered or do not meet the applicable return conditions may not be accepted.

Payment Options

You may pay for your purchases on mustardfashion.com using the available payment options provided at checkout.

Credit / Debit Cards

Valid credit and debit cards may be used for online purchases, subject to approval by your issuing bank and our payment service provider.

Mustard accepts eligible Visa, Mastercard and other supported cards and is committed to providing a secure transaction environment through authorised payment processing services.

Cash on Delivery

Mustard also offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations, subject to applicable terms and availability.

It is possible for a credit or debit card authorisation to fail due to issues with your card-issuing bank, payment gateway or other technical reasons. In such cases, you may try the transaction again or use another available payment method.

Payment transactions made through your card will be processed in Indian Rupees. Your card issuer may apply applicable exchange rates, fees or charges according to its own policies.
