Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel an order and request a refund?
Yes, you can contact us by phone or email to request cancellation. you can cancel your order before it is invoiced or shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery upon arrival to initiate automatic cancellation of your order.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded back to your account within 7 working days.
Return/Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you can exchange the merchandise within 15 days. If the requested merchandise is unavailable, we will credit your Mustard account with the equivalent amount for your next purchase or issue a full refund.
Are there any fees for returning items?
The first exchange is free of cost. However, there is a Rs. 100 restocking fee for each additional item returned, subtracted from your total return credit.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be in their original condition, neatly folded in their polybag with all tags, ribbon, and labels attached.
- Returned garments must be unworn and free of perfume, pet hair, smoke, make-up, etc.
- If the garment is found to have any stains or odors, or if the product fails the quality check, the refund process will not proceed. Additionally, please note that once a shipment is rejected at our warehouse, we cannot return any incorrect, defective, incomplete, or non-Mustard brand garments.
What if my merchandise is defective or damaged in shipment?
We will gladly exchange defective or damaged merchandise.
What if I receive the wrong garment or size?
If you were shipped the wrong garment or size based on the printed invoice, we will correct it and pay for the return and re-delivery shipment.
What about international customers?
We do not provide exchanges for international customers/orders due to prohibitive shipping costs.
What happens with frequent returns?
Frequent returns may result in your account being blocked.
Missing Items
What should I do if a garment is missing but it is clearly on my packing and invoice slip?
Check your order when delivered. Do not accept damaged or open packets. Tally the contents with the packing list before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery). Claims for missing garments must be made within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
Requesting a Return/Exchange/Refund
How can I request a return?
- Login to your Mustard account.
- Click on RETURN and request a new RETURN.
- Choose the order number and mark the quantity of products to be returned.
- Select the relevant reason for the return.
How can I request an exchange?
Once we receive the return shipment and verify the quality, we will credit the amount to your Mustard account as store credit. You can then place an exchange order, or we can create the order on your behalf.
How can I request a refund?
Refunds will be processed after we receive the product. Refunds are usually provided as store credit. If requested, orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded to the card within 7 working days. Orders paid by net banking/COD will be credited back to the bank account.
